6.30 pm - 8.00 pm: Stationary bike at Birkenhead Leisure Centre

Wednesday

6.30 am: Informal swim from Takapuna Boating Club

6.15 pm: Swim & Run Series, every second Wednesday during summer from Takapuna Boating Club, 39 The Strand

Thursday

6.00 am - 7.30 am: Swim at Birkenhead Leisure Centre

Saturday

7.00 am: Swim 60 min. Bike 60 min, Run 50 min. from Takapuna Boating Club
